Within the communities, as prescribed, directed and inspired, by our sacred stories, under guidance of spirit and in harmony with the Earth Below and the Stars Above, we all share and hold the hearts of each other within ourselves. The rite of prayer is an holding of the other in love until they can find their path which they may have been distracted from by pain, illness, oppression, loneliness, being unheard and unseen, forgotten, imprisoned and abused. For the Sagh’ic we are aware that all things are given at our incarnation and yet sometimes we forget this and like lost children cry out hoping, trusting that some ‘parent’ will hear and hold us. We have such a prayer “Abhrannmathea”.
“The wish to pray is a prayer in itself.”
– Georges Bernanos
As a community we act in common service of the that wider community and not in self service, to utter this song.
As part of this service we have instigated a ‘Vessel of Prayers’.
This is a list of names for which a tending ritual is undertaken daily, and for 24 hours a day every day, the names are held in silent tending, as a whole, by we who gather and tend, members of the Sagh’ic who are defined as ‘ministers, practitioners, elders and apprentices’ to hold the interaction and intervention of the Divine and the Mundane. For each name a ribbon will be added to the Prayer Tapestry.
If anyone would like the names of those who are sick, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, to be held: please complete and send the form below. It is best you do this with the person’s permission, if this is possible.

“Prayer is like putting honey into our mouths, and even though we know it is honey, the sweetness always surprises us. It is like discovering without expectation a hidden garden, and the scents and colours of that garden overwhelm us; that garden was never hidden, it was us that hid the path from ourselves. What unseen lover ignored our fear and contrived to bring us to the garden without knowing?” Cufasaich
