We carry more than we realise – unseen weights of expectation, emotion, environments we have lived in and sometimes stories that were never ours to begin with. While some of these burdens are inherited others are passed quietly through generations settling into us without question.

Over time they begin to shape how we move, how we feel and how far we believe we can go. We may not always see them, however we feel their weight – a quiet heaviness, a slowing down and a sense of being held back from where we know we are meant to be. We all carry these unseen weights—expectations, inherited stories, and emotions that aren’t even ours. Over time, these “sticks and stones” shape how we move through the world.

In ‘Sticks and Stones’ we begin by simply discovering and witnessing these burdens – those we know and those we have never named. Through ancient animist/shamanic processes and deep cathartic practices – often described as an ‘emotional deep cleanse’ – you will have a chance to meet what you carry with awareness and honesty.

Held and guided by elemental forces this is a space of courage and quiet truth. A space where you are not asked to force change – only to see clearly and then choose.
