3 day retreat – 13th – 15th March, Delhi
‘Footsteps in the Forest’ was more than a retreat – it was an invitation to follow an ancient path back into our presence, awareness, and wholeness. The name comes from the old stories of two sets of footprints in the Great Forest: that of the human who runs away from fear and forgets their true nature, and those of the forest’s children who follow him back into the green, guiding him home. In this way, each footprint becomes a sign of healing – steps taken toward remembering who we really are and where we belong.
Over three immersive days of shamanic ceremonies and learning, we were guided into a deep and embodied understanding of ourselves and the unseen forces that shape our lives. This experience was designed to help release fear, self-doubt, and long-held emotional patterns so that we were able to reconnect with our authentic selves.
Through ritual journeys, healing of ancestral lines, working with the living powers of the land, and practices of deep emotional healing, we were gently supported in realigning our minds, bodies, and spirits, exploring ancient ceremonies which spanned regions from Mongolia to the Mediterranean – a living thread of wisdom carried through time.
Alongside the ceremonial work, foundational shamanic self-healing tools were shared – practical and grounding practices, which can continue to support our growth and clarity long after the retreat ends.
Footsteps in The Forest, co facilitated by John-Luke & Sushant, was in truth, a Warrior’s song, a song of healing, a song to wake us, a song to bring an end to our fear. The 3 days had both intensive healing rituals, and an opportunity to learn some basic Sagh’ic healing techniques.
